Im Souterrain unseres Einfamilienhauses bieten wir eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit ca. 54 m² in ruhiger Stadtrandlage im Norden von Köln. Die Wohnung ist über Schnellstraßen mit Autobahnanbindung (A1, A3 und A57) sehr gut erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, Schlafraum, Nebenraum, Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett (140 x 200 cm) im Schlafraum, im Wohnraum mit einem Schlafsofa (155 x 200 cm), auf dem 2 Personen erholsamen Schlaf finden und im Nebenraum zwei Einzelbetten (90 x 200 cm). Ein geräumiger Kühlschrank, eine Kochgelegenheit, Mikrowelle mit Heißluftgrill, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck stehen in der Küche bereit. Die Fußbodenheizung sorgt für Gemütlichkeit. TV und Internet stehen zur Verfügung. Bei Bedarf wird ein Kinderhochstuhl bereit gestellt. Der große Garten mit Terrasse und Grillplatz kann mit benutzt werden.
Im Haus gilt Rauchverbot, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

In the basement of our family home, we offer a cozy holiday apartment with approx. 54 m² in a quiet location on the outskirts of the north of Cologne. The apartment is very easy to reach via expressways with motorway connections (A1, A3 and A57). The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, adjoining room, shower and toilet. The apartment has a separate entrance and is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) in the bedroom, in the living room with a sofa bed (155 x 200 cm) on which 2 people can sleep and in the adjoining room there are two single beds (90 x 200 cm). A spacious refrigerator, cooking facilities, microwave with hot air grill, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery are available in the kitchen. The underfloor heating ensures comfort. TV and internet are available. A high chair will be provided if required. The large garden with terrace and barbecue area can be used.
Smoking is prohibited in the house, pets are not allowed.
